Internet Banking Changes – Effective August 20, 2013

• We will be upgrading our Internet Banking system Tuesday, August 20, 2013.

• With this upgrade we will be changing the login method. You will use the same login ID and Password you created, but you will receive a new Security Code each time you login. Or you may choose the option “Remember this machine” which will remember your Security Code on that computer. You will choose either text or email for the delivery method for the Security Code.

• The bill pay system will also be changing. You will now be able to set up ACH payments for companies who accept them. You will be able to continue sending a check to the companies who are not set up to receive ACHs. Any payment submitted after 4:00 P.M. EST Monday-Friday and payments submitted on Saturday, Sunday, and Alma Exchange Bank & Trust holidays will be processed the next business day. Payments are processed based on the date you specify. Some of the transactions may be a physical check if the Payee does not have the capability to receive electronic payments. You will need to allow about 7 days for the payments to be mailed to Payee via United States Postal Services. It is your responsibility to determine the date for bill payment processing so the payment is delivered to the payee prior to the due date. The funds will be debited from your account on the day that you specify for the payment to be processed if it is an electronic payment. If it is a physical check, funds will not be debited from your account immediately. Please remember that you are subject to NSF fees if funds are not available when the physical check clears your account. Electronic payments will be debited on the day you specify the payment to be made. Electronic payments will not post if funds are not available. There will be a $4.95 fee each month charged to your checking account to use Billpay.

• If you are using Billpay, all of your payee information will need to be re-entered into the new system. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Please be sure to write down all your contact information, addresses and account numbers so you will have it available to you to input into the new system.
